WTF Halo 3 Undercovers!?

Ok Here's my Gripe
I played against this guy idcastilla33 and his highgest rating is a 42 in 1700+ranked games with only 790 xp, and i'm a 50 with 400 social and 350 ranked with 702 xp, ok so I think he's a push over , but he basically detroy's my team in team slayer he had like 39 kills, ok so i thought it was luck or i'm just off my game, then the next day i get matched up against him again this time I was with 3 of my general friends and he does it again, this time tallying 32 kills with 3 deaths, so my question is is there some kind of cheat he can be using because all battle senarios with him seemed legit?Help Confused I'm Preety Sure I'm Better(rank wise for sure)

there is no way of cheating that i know of and have not heard of such a thing but I am also one of the people who destroys generals. I like being my commander grade 3 and dont want to become a general so I dont let my rank go up any more. I average 25 kills and 4 deaths a game and I have a highest rank of 44. I could easily be a 50 but I like some other people dont want to level up.

well ethir he is a hacker or he can play ok im saying you can get pwned by people who can play
