I get kicked out of matches on CoD4 GH3 and Halo 3 even though I have good...

...connection. Is it an IP conflict? I have 4 green bars on CoD 4 but get kicked out of matches. I'm on a wired router with two other computers on it, is it an IP conflict?

It could be but not entirely. it could be an interference in the connection.

dude, i promise.....its your NAT. test your xbox live connection and on NAT make sure it says "open" if it says "moderate", "strict" or anything else then you will be kicked out of matches and etc....to get it open you need to open some ports....to do that call your router company....they will walk you through it step by step....
