What can 300k do for you right now?

Let's assume someone walks up to you and offers to give you 300 thousand dollars as a gift. What do you think that you are going to use that money to do? Will you go ahead and invest it in real estate or something similar to that?

Depending on what's my wants and needs. I will first go for my needs, starting from the ones that are more important which I can gain revenue from them.

Unfortunately, I don't have anyone who's going to ever gift me $300k right now or even in the future. But if I should make $300k for myself now through an honest work, I will invest at least 70% of it.

There are so many things $300,000 is going to be able to do for me right now and one of them is paying off a lot of debts that have been dangling on my neck for a long time. It is going to give me a lot of peace if I pay them off.

$300k can do me good with paying off my rent this year and relax for the rest of the year. It's a big amount of money that a lot of people don't make in a year.

I would definitely move into a new apartment if I have someone just hand me $300,000. The apartment that I'm in right now is very small and it's not conducive anymore for me.
